Alternative Baking Company, Inc. Ginger Snappin’ Raisin Cookie
Let me start out by saying that I am a big fan of cookies, and I love that you can find them for weirdo Vegan folk like me.
That being said, this cookie was freaking PHENOMENAL! Moist and delicious, with the right amount of raisins and ginger-y spice to it. The fact that each serving only has 200 calories doesn’t hurt, either!
The only down side is that the cookie is seasonal, so who knows how long it will be around.
Ginger win.
